What makes Clear Moon Therapy different?
We provide therapy that's culturally aware and focused on helping busy professionals. Our approach is about incorporating practical strategies to help you balance work and personal life while tackling challenges like self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and navigating complex cultural issues.
What services do you offer?
We provide individual, couple, and family therapy to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our services also focus on building self-esteem, managing life transitions, and exploring racial identity. Ultimately, our goal is to share practical tools for emotional healing and personal growth, fostering resilience and deeper connection within oneself and in relationships.
How much do you charge and do you accept insurance?
Individual Psychotherapy Sessions pricing range from $160-$175 per 50 minute session, including HST. We also offer a reduced rate for folks without insurance coverage. Couples and Family Psychotherapy Sessions are $190 per 50 minute session, including HST. Children's Therapy Sessions are $140 per 50 minute sessions, including HST. Registered Social Workers or Psychotherapists are covered by most extended health benefits. While we do not directly bill to insurance providers, we are able to provide you with an invoice for you to submit to your provider.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book a free 15-minute consultation or schedule a session directly through the booking link.
Are sessions In-Person or Online?
Clear Moon Therapy offers both options for clients. The in person office is located in Etobicoke. If you're anywhere else in Ontario — or simply prefer the convenience —Clear Moon also offers secure video sessions for online therapy.
